About Factory1)As you can see we are in the sewing department . Seven has 8 production lines about 150 sewing workers .The production capacity is 80,000 pieces per month .
2) We have 18 transfer machines, which brand is MONTI. It's the best transfer machine in the market, which keeps the color stable and fabric soft and eco-environmental .
3) After paper print, we will transfer the printing from paper to fabric.At the same time ,the worker will check the colors, to make sure the color are same as the printing sample.
4) Laser Cutting . It’s more accurate and faster than hand cutting.We have 11 machines .Our will check all the pieces after laser cutting. Checking the colors, logos, names,numbers and size before go to sewing.
